This website belongs to and is run by the person identified on our About page.

2. Purpose of the site

The site presents Iulea Margina, a one-person practice working in independent bookkeeping for small businesses: day-to-day records, bank reconciliation, invoices in and out, a monthly pack for the owner and a tidy file handed to the accountant at year end. Its text, illustrations and descriptions are there to inform. None of it is an offer, a booking or a contract.

3. Pictures and descriptions

Any illustration here shows the kind of work we do, not particular items in stock. What is available, to what specification and at what price changes over time and is only confirmed in a written quote.

4. Enquiries

Sending a message creates an enquiry, nothing more. Nothing is reserved, booked or sold through this website, and no payment is taken here. Anything binding is agreed separately, in writing.

5. Ownership of the material

The text, layout and illustrations on this site belong to us or to our licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

6. Liability

We try to keep the site accurate and fix mistakes as we find them. Nothing in these terms takes away a consumer's statutory rights.

7. Jurisdiction

The law of the place of the address given on the About page governs these terms.
